Consider where your direction is right now: Do you find yourself Moving Away From things or are you Moving Towards them? Whether you are in 1 - 5 or 6 - 10, consider the following.
 

Transitions From Level To Level (Ascending Order):
Letting Go Of...                  Brings You To Next Level Of...

Being A Victim                       Understanding
Hurt - Rejection                     Self Acceptance
Guilt - Unworthiness            Forgiveness
Unfulfilled Expectations    Going With the Flow
Control                                      Trust - Peace - Faith
Roles - Duties                          Commitment - Giving/Receiving
Social Expectations              Be A Leader - Letting Go
Fear of Power                          Feeling and Being Powerful
 
Ok...did you move up at least one level after running through this exercise? Consider even one level as huge!!! Think back on how significant each baby step was when first learning to walk. Give yourself the same praise and recognition that you and others gave you back then. Apply these "little steps" and the deserved praise everyday and in every situation.

Steps for Positive Observation

STEP 1: Recognize
What we are conditioned to experience... Where does the belief come from?  Your belief or someone else's belief?

STEP 2: Realize
A positive outlook is a choice... You are always at choice.  Example: Are you a smoker or someone who chooses to smoke?

STEP 3: Quantify
The positive and productive potential found within... You are and always have been total potential... Grab it... Grow it!
