WASHINGTON — New claims for unemployment insurance fell more than expected last week, evidence the job market is slowly healing as the economy recovers.Nevertheless, President Barack Obama said Thursday that he will hold a summit in December to look at ways of boosting job growth, acknowledging that high unemployment is one of the "great challenges" facing his administration.
