Unemployment claims drop to lowest level since July 2008 E-Mail

WASHINGTON (AP) — The number of people applying for unemployment benefits fell sharply last week to the lowest level since July 2008. The Labor Department said Wednesday that weekly unemployment claims dropped 34,000 to a seasonally adjusted 407,000 in the week ending Nov. 20. Wall Street analysts expected a much smaller drop.

It is a truism among us literary wannabes that a clean place helps you write faster. So now my room is spotless. My collection of work shirts is arranged by color. That missing argyle sock? Who’d have thought it was under my bed, along with three spoons and $2.62? I happen to be 1,667 words behind the 1,667 words I’m supposed to write today. Tomorrow, I’m supposed to have another 1,667. Inside 30 days, I’ve vowed to write a novel.

The positive and productive potential found within... You are and always have been total potential... Grab it... Grow it!
