NEW YORK — The quality of the stock market rally keeps getting better. In a sign that the year-old rally on Wall Street is broadening, the blue-chip Dow Jones industrial average hit a fresh bull-market high Wednesday, erasing all of the losses suffered in the brief winter swoon.
